Lease Agreements

Leases should be used for anyone that wants to lease hall building space on an exclusive basis, whether short- or long-term. This can include commercial use, use by nonprofits, and government functions like a post office. Where applicable, the hall should list its retail space with a licensed commercial real estate broker. Execute a lease agreement for anyone who will lease the hall on an ongoing basis. This includes the hall’s owner(s). Contact Grand Lodge Real Estate Services for help structuring agreements.
